Reservation Slips
These slips are used in areas
where reservations are made and the concept is of convenience combined
with security. Hotel reception staff, for instance, are prompted to
record the correct information and this is very easily accomplished.
The slips record onto a master register which can be checked to see if the
appropriate action has been taken. The slips form part of the
reservation procedures. This system is ideal for hotel reservations,
sports centres, leisure complexes, golf clubs etc. |

Compliments Slips

You have no record of what was scribbled on that slip, the contents that

Complaints Slips
These are designed to meet the
criteria of your organisation and are filled in the minute a complaint is
registered. The slip is passed on to the member of staff or
department in question and should be returned with comments. The slips
record onto a register which in addition to providing statistical
information also ensure that the appropriate action has been taken.

File Movement Control
As files are taken from filing
the name of the staff member and department together with date are
recorded on a master register. The slip is placed into an out file which
replaces the file or is placed in alphabetical order on special holding
card files supplied by SGWorld - rather like a library system. If
ever items are missing from a file at a later date, this provides
investigation points plus the whereabouts of the file are known.
